Disclaimer: I understand that I and anyone I bring participate in We Are Artistic events at our own risk. In exchange for being permitted to participate in the activity or event, I release We Are Artistic from liability for and hereby waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, death, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance at the activity or event.

Use by We Are Artistic of My Name and Image: I understand that We Are Artistic may take photos or videos of me volunteering. I consent to the use of my name and image if captured in photographs or videos during We Are Artistic events by We Are Artistic and its affiliates, agents, and assigns in digital and print promotional, fundraising, educational, and other communications. We Are Artistic may use my name and image without obtaining my approval or paying me for such use. I waive any legal claims related to the use of my name and image as described in this Agreement, including those related to rights of publicity or privacy.
