WCYFCL will provide the following:

-Helmet

-Shoulder pads

-Chin strap

-Game jersey

-Mouth piece with strap

-Game/practice pants

Parent or guardian will provide the following:

-A valid State or military ID ( for child)

-Cleats

-Socks (coach may have a preference on socks

-Swag gear (wristbands, spats, arm sleeves etc.)

-Current year physical (we have specific form)

-Registration fee

-Water bottle for practice

**** HELMET, SHOULDER PADS, CHIN STRAP AND PRACTICE/GAME PANTS SHOULD BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON****

ANY EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED WILL BE BILLED TO THE PARENT/GUARDIAN
