CANCELATIONS
Club cancelations due to weather are unlikely. Alpine Valley makes snow and has added another 20+ snow guns to the slopes for 2024/2025. If Alpine Valley is open, your club will be open.
No worries! We ski in rain or shine. The only time club sessions would be canceled due to rain is if Alpine itself closes for the day. If that happens, your tickets will automatically be held for the following week.
If the closure occurs on the last week of club, we’ll issue a refund to you within 24 hours. We’re committed to making sure you get the full experience, no matter what the weather brings!
If West Bloomfield closes school on your club day due to extreme cold or weather conditions that make travel treacherous, the club might also be canceled at the discretion of the club sponsors. Keep in mind that school closures due to cold weather do not account for a rise in temperature later in the day or the ability to dress for slope conditions. Club will not be canceled for school closures due to snow.
We must have at least 20 ski/boarders signed up each week to hold club night. If less than 20 members purchase lift tickets, club night for that week is at risk of cancelation.
If a club night is canceled by the club sponsors or Alpine Valley, any money sent for lift tickets and rentals will be held for the following week.
Any club cancelations will be communicated to club members before noon on each club date by email, Remind, and in the Facebook Group.
If club is canceled due to low participation, Alpine Valley will not honor discounts at the ticket window for that club night.
REFUNDS
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on club cards.
There are NO REFUNDS on lift tickets after the weekly deadline for each club. If you cannot attend on your club night after paying for your lift ticket, please promptly contact your club sponsors. They may be able to:
Hold your lift ticket and rental payment for use on the following week's club night.
Sell your ticket to another club member and hold your payment for future use.
However, there is no guarantee. Approved holdovers can only be applied to the following week's club night; they cannot be carried over indefinitely.
Important: Any change requests must be made prior to your weekly club deadline to avoid forfeiting funds paid for lift tickets and rentals.
