We recommend completing one cleanse day a week or two deep cleanse days a month.

Do NOT have on Cleanse days:
No solid food (ultra important….the book says you can have a quarter apple, it is much, much, more effective for best results if you don't).
Do NOT have the supplements on cleanse days. They can make you feel ill.
Do NOT do any exercise or heavy lifting etc. Cleanse days are best as chill-out days!
Some potential first-week detoxing symptoms
Many people don't have any side affects, however it is not uncommon for some people to have headaches, the runs, sweat and/or need to go to the toilet more regularly during the early days.
This is all in line with the body getting rid of all the toxins and adjusting to its healthier self. If you are a big coffee, tea, alcohol drinker recently then you are more likely to have such symptoms. But they do settle and you will come out feeling truly amazing.
