Main rules of thumb
The main rules of thumbs with starting the Shake Days and Cleanse Days are:
Start with between 2 (recommended) and 5 Shake Days before doing your first deep Cleanse days.
In total you do 2 double cleanses (back to back days) so 4 days in total out of the 30 days. It is optional (need to order extra product) to do a third cleanse in a month.
There should be 5 days between the first and second cleanses, so the cleanses land on the same days of the week. This can be more than 5 however can not be less than 5.
Important Extra Info
Always drink shakes within 10-15 minutes of adding water
Drink as much water as you can, should be at least 60ml x your weight in kg (so 60ml x 70kg = 4.2 litres) and you can also drink as much green and herbal tea as you want.
Choose whether you have the main meal as Lunch or Dinner… lunch can be your meal and shake for dinner (which some find even better).
If you are getting the runs in the first few days then while you have them stop taking the Isa Flush tablets.
If you are not going to the toilet regularly increase Isaflush to 4 a day.
