How do I save where I parked?
Open Wayo when you park and save your spot. Wayo records the location so you can find your way back later.
How do I find my way back to my car?
Open Wayo and use the map, compass, or AR walk-back view to be guided back to your saved parking spot.
Why does Wayo ask for my location?
Wayo uses your location only while you are using the app, to mark where you parked and guide you back. Wayo never tracks your location in the background.
Why does Wayo ask for the camera, photos, or microphone?
The camera lets you photograph your spot and use AR navigation, photos let you attach an existing picture to a spot, and the microphone lets you record a quick voice note. These are all optional.
I'm not getting parking reminders.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Wayo in iOS Settings > Notifications > Wayo, and that you set a meter or return reminder for your parking spot.
Does my parking data sync across my devices?
Yes, if you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud sync enabled in Wayo's settings, your data syncs privately through your own iCloud account. You can turn this off anytime.
Is my data private?
Yes. Wayo stores your data on your device and, optionally, in your own private iCloud. We have no accounts, we do not track you, and we do not use advertising. We use only one privacy-first, anonymous analytics service (Aptabase) to understand how the app is used and improve it — it cannot identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual parking spots, vehicles, photos, and voice notes inside the app. To remove everything, delete the app and, if you used iCloud sync, remove Wayo's data in iOS Settings > iCloud.
