With over 8 years of experience in humanitarian and development programs, Jobair has led numerous high-impact initiatives focused on climate resilience, youth leadership, women's empowerment, and the rights of marginalized communities, including Dalits, indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, sex workers, and gender-diverse groups.
Under his leadership, both HEART and WAYDO have grown into impactful, youth-led, and legally registered nonprofit organizations that are playing pivotal roles in addressing critical issues such as climate change adaptation, education for dropouts, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), gender justice, and sustainable livelihoods—particularly in the underserved and disaster-prone coastal regions of Bangladesh.

Hakimun Nesha Bappy is an apprentice lawyer, dedicated women and social worker, and a committed literary and humanitarian activist based in Cox’s Bazar. With over 15 years of experience in community service and advocacy, she has been a driving force in promoting women's rights and social justice. She is also the first lady of WAYDO’s patron organization, HEART, and has been serving as an officially accredited member of HEART since 2021.
