The client’s goals, limitations, and discomfort levels are understood.
Adjustments are made in real-time to prevent overstretching or injury.
The client feels heard, supported, and comfortable throughout the session.
Proper breathing techniques and relaxation cues are given for a deeper stretch.
Stretching isn’t a one-time fix—it requires regular practice to see lasting improvements. Consistency helps with actually seeing the adaptations associated with Assisted Stretch.

📅 Booking & Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance through [WaydaFlow: Booking Site]
Mobile sessions require a valid address within 25mi of our service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this radius.
Please ensure you have a clean, open space for your session.
📍 Mobile Session Guidelines
Clients must provide a safe, clean, and quiet environment for the session.
ALL Pets should be secured in another area to avoid distractions.
If the coach feels unsafe upon arrival, the session may be canceled without a refund.
⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations require at least 4 hours' notice to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged [30%].
No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
To reschedule, please contact Coach Wayda at least 4 hours before your appointment.
💸 Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal or Cash App
Any additional fees (e.g., travel fees) will be communicated before the session.
Some sessions may be recorded or photographed for educational, marketing, or social media purposes.
Clients will be notified in advance if their session will be recorded.
By participating, clients grant permission for the use of images/videos, unless they opt out in writing before the session.
Any shared content will respect client privacy (no sensitive personal details will be disclosed).
If you wish to revoke permission for previously recorded content, please contact jayda.mobiflex@gmail.com and we will remove it as soon as possible.
