👕 Clothing: Be prepared for both indoor and outdoor sessions from 15th September onwards

8th Sept: 6:30–8:00

From 15th Sept: 6:00–7:00

🗓️ THURSDAYS

Under 11s: 6:30–7:30

Under 13 & older: 7:30–8:30

🏃 Drop-off & Pick-up (from 15th September)

All athletes: Drop off at the sports hall

Under 11s: Pick up from the sports hall at the end of the session

Parents / carers: Welcome to watch from the balcony

🏆 AWARDS NIGHT 🏆

Our annual presentation evening will take place on Saturday 11th October at Hotel Victoria in Lowestoft.

The night is a great opportunity to celebrate the athletes success throughout the year and have some fun. There are many awards up for grabs and nominees are chosen by the athletes themselves as well as coaches. 

Doors open at 7pm and tickets include a buffet and disco which have been subsidised by the club.

When purchasing an adult ticket please include your athletes name as the club member. 

Everyone attending must have a ticket. Paper tickets will be sent out before the event and must be shown on the night.
