TRAINING OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
The final training session of the year is Thursday 18 December.
The first training session in the new year is Monday 5 January.
Endurance training details are shared separately.
CHRISTMAS FUN 🎁
Our Christmas fun training session is on Thursday 18 December.
Athletes are welcome to wear festive clothing (e.g. a festive t-shirt). Please ensure clothing is suitable for athletic games.
Sweets and chocolate prizes will be given out during training. Please let us know of any allergies by email waveneyvalleyac@gmail.com.
SPORTSHALL SUCCESS
The season concluded with great results at the final two Suffolk Sportshall competitions.
Special mention to Archie, Caiden, Casey, Elliot, Eloise, Jack, Jessica, Jessie, Ollie, Robyn and Sam who all competed for the first time.

REGIONAL SPORTSHALL FINALS
REGIONAL SPORTSHALL FINALS
The regional sportshall finals will take place at UEA Sportspark in Norwich on Sunday 1 February.
Suffolk Athletics Association will select athletes based on performances in the three Sportshall competitions.
Athletes will be notified in the coming weeks if they are invited to represent Suffolk.

Wayne Stocking and Chelsea Crowe have taken on the role of Athletics welfare officers and ensure members have a safe and positive experience.
They are the main contact for any safeguarding, discipline, or conduct concerns.
