Two security guards at the Gate House assisting with access control and safe guarding of the estate
Perimeter electric fencing with alarm and software monitoring
CCTV cameras monitoring the Gate House and perimeter fence by the security company
Roaming guard with dedicated clock in points throughout the estate
Assisting with problems including disturbing the peace
The camera project approved on the 2018 AGM was completed on 10 April 2019. This project includes cameras being installed to monitor the perimeter fence. The cameras are being monitored by CB Security with intelligent software that identifies movement. A line or block is drawn on the perimeter and once it is crossed by a person a pop-up with an alarm is received by the security company and reaction will be sent to Waterberry. The cameras monitor the full 2.2km perimeter of the estate. This is a major further improvement of the security of Waterberry Estate. The electric fence is also monitored with an alarm system by CB Security and we believe that the cameras and alarm on the fence will work well together.

All residents are encouraged to install an alarm system with the security company
CB Security is the appointed security company for Waterberry Estate. They manage the access control of the Gate House and monitor the CCTV cameras and perimeter fence of the estate. They also provide additional security services to residents of the estate. Residents are encouraged to approach CB for an alarm and monitoring of their private property.
