"Watch Me Grow" is fully accredited by National Association for the Education of Young Children

Relationships- We focus on maintaining positive relationships with our students, educators, and family to show that we support them through positive development and emotional security. 

Curriculum- Our curriculum is put into place to ensure that the students are receiving high- quality play-based developmentally appropriate activities. The activities are in the best interest of the students to ensure all students are being supported in all developmental domains.

Teaching- Our educators are the key to successful education for our young leaders. Educators use obervations, 

 Staff Preparation and support- At Watch Me Grow, we are dedicated to out educators because without them there wouldn't be a Watch Me Grow. Throughout the year each staff member is required to complete at least 25 hours of training. We also offer mentorships, coaching, and mental health tools available to all staff members. 

Families- Our families mean the world to us. Caring for the students and families are always priority. With all families we maintain open communication, family nights such a movie night, curriculum nights etc. We also form positive relationships with all families so that we can grow our partnership with each other.

Community Relationships-We value all relationships we have within our community. This allows the community to become involved with the school, students and families that could provide sources. 

Physical Environment- Each classroom has a designed time of 45 minutes for them to engage in safe outside play. In case the weather is bad, we have an indoor play area that students are able to engage in safe play. 

Leadership and Management-At Watch Me Grow, leadership maintains a high-quality education program by maintaining ethical practices throughout the center.
