Meet the Director

Hello!!! My name is Daje' McCain and I have the pleasure of being the director here at "Watch Me Grow." I am so happy and thankful to welcome each and every one of you. Working with children has always been my passion and I believe early childhood education years are the most important years in a child's life. 

I have over a decade of experience in early childhood education. I am currently obtaining my Bachelor's degree and continue to grow as a leader in early childhood education. My overall goal at "Watch Me Grow" is to create and maintain a safe, loving, nurturing, and supportive learning environment so they will fell inspired to learn and explore. 

As the director at "Watch Me Grow", I value positive and strong relationships with families that supports open communication so that we can build trust with each other to ensure a child's success. 

From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's growth and success. We look forward to this journey of partnerships, learning, and growth in every child.
