Urethane Tyres

WASP tyres are cast using high quality Smooth-on Vita flex polyurethane rubber. They are made from molds produced with 3D printed masters to ensure a perfectly round finished tyre. The rear face of the the tyres are sliced off after casting to improve the surface finish.

Urethane tyres are easily sanded and will happily run side by side on track with natural rubber without ruining the grip or the track
