These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wash House platform — including our website (washhouse.ae), mobile app, and WhatsApp booking service. We've written them plainly so you know exactly where you stand. By placing an order or using any of our services, you're agreeing to what's written here.

1. Who We Are
Wash House is operated by WashHouse Cloth Pressing Services Co., a laundry and dry cleaning service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer professional garment care, free doorstep pickup, and 24-hour delivery across Dubai through our website, mobile app, and WhatsApp.
2. Our Services
Wash House provides a range of professional fabric care services, including:
Wash & Iron — from AED 5 per item
Dry Cleaning — from AED 9 per item
Wash & Fold — from AED 50 per bag (15–40 pieces)
Steam Pressing — from AED 5 per item
Shoe & Accessory Cleaning — from AED 45
Curtain & Carpet Cleaning
Bed, Bath & Linen Laundry
Specialty care: Abayas, bridal dresses, uniforms, and more
All services include free pickup and delivery across Dubai. Prices shown are starting rates — final pricing is confirmed in the app or at the time of booking. Full pricing is available at washhouse.ae/pricing.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
To use Wash House, you must be at least 13 years of age and provide accurate information when registering or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or act in a way that is harmful to our customers, partners, or team.
4. Booking an Order
Orders can be placed through our website at washhouse.ae, the Wash House mobile app, or via WhatsApp at +971 56 445 9770. When placing an order, please ensure your address, contact number, and any special care instructions are accurate — we cannot be held responsible for missed pickups caused by incorrect details.
For delicate, high-value, or specialty garments (bridal wear, leather, suede, etc.), please flag this in your order notes before collection. Our team will do their best to follow your instructions.
5. Free Pickup & 24-Hour Delivery
Pickup and delivery are free of charge across our coverage areas in Dubai. We aim to return your cleaned items within 24 hours of collection. Turnaround times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We'll keep you updated in real time via push notifications or WhatsApp throughout your order.
Coverage areas include: Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, JVC, Deira, The Greens, Bluewaters, Silicon Oasis, and many more. Full coverage details are available at washhouse.ae/coverage-areas.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed before order confirmation. Wash House accepts cash or card upon delivery. Contactless and cashless payment options are also available.
We do not store your full card details — all card transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
Prices may change from time to time. Any change will be reflected on our website and in the app before it applies to your order. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Promotional offer: 25% off your first 5 orders (Wash & Fold service not included). Offer applies per account and may be subject to change.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before our driver has picked up your items. Once collection has taken place, cancellation is no longer possible as the cleaning process will have begun.
To cancel: Open your order in the app and tap “Cancel Order”, or contact us directly.

8. Refunds
Wash House will issue a refund in cases where an item is confirmed as damaged or lost while in our care, or where a service was not delivered as agreed. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis following investigation.
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the damaged or missing item
We will respond within 3 business days of receiving your claim.
9. Liability for Garments
We treat every garment with care and professionalism. However, our liability for any single lost or damaged item is limited to 3 times the cost of that item's cleaning service.
Wash House is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage not reported before collection
Items left in pockets (jewellery, cash, electronics, etc.)
Damage resulting from incorrect care labels on garments
Items with inherent fabric weaknesses not disclosed at the time of booking
For high-value items, we recommend informing us in advance so we can take extra precautions. Wash House's maximum liability will not exceed the limits stated above.
10. Items We Cannot Accept
Wash House reserves the right to decline items that:
Are contaminated with hazardous substances
Contain valuables left inside (jewellery, cash, devices)
Cannot safely be washed or dry cleaned based on their care label or material
Are excessively soiled beyond normal cleaning standards
If you're unsure whether we can handle a specific item, contact us before placing your order.
11. Our Eco-Friendly Commitment
Wash House uses biodegradable, non-toxic, skin-friendly detergents and eco-safe cleaning methods for all standard services. Our delivery fleet operates with zero-emission vehicles wherever possible. By using Wash House, you're supporting a cleaner, greener approach to fabric care.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Wash House platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability. We'll communicate any planned downtime through the app or website where possible.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wash House platform — including branding, design, images, text, and software — is the property of WashHouse Cloth Pressing Services Co. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
14. Acceptable Use
When using our platform, you agree not to:
Provide false information or impersonate another person
Misuse our booking system or place fraudulent orders
Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt or damage our systems or services
15. Third-Party Partners & Services
Wash House works with trusted local delivery partners and cleaning facilities to fulfil your orders. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and only receive the information necessary to complete your order (name, address, and contact number).
We also use third-party technology services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and payment gateways. These operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of Wash House services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email. Continuing to use Wash House after an update means you accept the revised terms.
