Wash House gives users full control over their account and personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email to:

Use the subject line: “Delete My Account”
Include your registered phone number so we can identify your account.

What Happens After Your Request

• Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days

• You will no longer be able to access the app with that account

• This action is irreversible

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Saved addresses

• Order history

• Notes and uploaded images

What Data May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain limited data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction records (for accounting and legal compliance)

• Fraud prevention and dispute resolution

This data is retained only for the required period and is not used for any other purpose.

• Wash House does not sell user data to third parties

• All deletion requests are handled securely
