Mission
Our team consists of a few experienced software and network programmers who are students. We are completely non-profit and seek no monetary gain from our creations. We wish to use our knowledge of computer programming to support our goals and beliefs, including our belief that the internet can still be a tremendous learning tool even without content filters. Internet censorship is something done frequently in countries that have totalitarian governments and/or do not grant citizens freedom of press.

As students ourselves, we understand how boring school can be. Our mission is to provide bored students a way to access blocked websites in order to entertain themselves. That's it. We don't believe that allowing students to have more online freedom is detrimental to academic success. Everyone deserves to be free, don't you think?

Most teachers' reaction to this website would probably be something along the lines of "not doing your work is just hurting you." This might be true for something like math, but there are some classes (like English) that are probably teaching you useless stuff that you will probably never use in life. Take us for example. The members of the WarpSpeed team are talented computer programmers and will likely major in some kind of STEM field. When will we ever have to read and analyze a PSA and write short answer responses for someone to look over? If you agree, you're definitely not alone. That's why we made this tool for everyone (except network admins) to use. If you are ever in class and and need to escape from boredom, just link to our servers! Maybe you want to play an online game with your friends. Maybe you want to check up on those latest Twitter posts. Maybe you want to watch some cat videos on YouTube. Whatever you want to do online, don't worry. We've got your back. The creators of this site have worked long and hard trying to find a way around Lightspeed Systems™ web filters. We know how you feel, students.

Perhaps sometime in the future Lightspeed Systems™ will find a way to stop this workaround, but the developers of this site will only be available for a few more years. So it will be up to today's younger student coders to keep WarpSpeed going in the future and continue to liberate students who are trapped in the dungeon of school web filters.
