The Sunflower State Games take place in Topeka each July and provide swimmers of all ages and levels state-wide with the opportunity to compete in a well-organized swim meet (up to five events, plus a relay) at a relatively low cost.  Learn more on the Sunflower State Games website.   WAMmerS have competed in this swim meet almost every year (with the exception of 2020) and always bring home a boat-load of medals.  Check out Ron's haul in 2019!

Several WAMmerS also compete in triathlons and recommend the following races:

Ron won five medals at the 2019 Sunflower State Games in Topeka.  What a stud!
