Workout Days/Times
Workout Days/Times
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:30 a.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. -- when classes are in session at WSU (but not during the summer)
- Saturdays at 1:30 p.m.
Each practice is designed to last 60-75 minutes with coaches providing multiple-level workouts to challenge individual swimmers to reach their personal goals. Check the Heskett Center website for planned closures and intersession schedules for Weidemann Natatorium where the pool is located.

*Please Note: the Heskett Center pool will close for four weeks or more, starting August 17, 2026, for scheduled maintenance. You can learn more in this WSU Today announcement (7-20-2026). WAMS will not be hosting organized swim practices until the Heskett Pool reopens.
