Note: 4th grade spring concert is the week after the Pre-K - 3rd grade spring concerts. Teachers will set aside time for students to sign each other's yearbooks.

Behavior & Device Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to this event, I agree that my child will adhere to the following standards of conduct:

• Behavioral Standards: While this is a non-school sponsored event, we expect the same high level of character and maturity shown during the school year. Any bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.

• Mobile Devices & Privacy: We understand children may bring mobile devices to stay in contact with parents; however, guests must respect the personal space and privacy of others at all times. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited in private areas, including restrooms and changing rooms.

• Supervision: Guests must immediately follow all instructions from lifeguards and adult chaperones to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

• School supply kits are shipped DIRECTLY to the school for FREE (if ordered by July 8) for pick up at Teacher Meet & Greet.

• Late orders are accepted and 3% will be donated to EVW PTA. NOTE: You will have to pay for shipping to your home and no discounts will be applied
