Committee Sign Up

We are always looking for volunteers. The following are committees that need additional support:

• Hospitality Committee 🍎💙
  Help us show our teachers some love! This committee coordinates teacher meals, snacks, and drinks for Back to School Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, and a few other events throughout the year (about 4 total). Help coordinate vendors, volunteers, setup, decorations, food displays, and cleanup. A great way to make teachers feel appreciated.  

• Halloween/Valentine’s Dance 🎃💗
  Help make our school dances extra fun! This committee focuses on day-of setup and activities—from decorations and snacks to check-in, the snack room, face painting, tattoos, face jewelry, and the photo booth. Coordinate volunteers, keep the fun flowing, track photo booth props, and tackle cleanup. 

• Pumpkin Patch 🎃
  Help bring the pumpkin patch to life! Pick up pumpkins for our 450+ students, coordinate class schedules, organize volunteers, run the stations, and help with setup and cleanup. 🍂

• Holiday Shoppe 🎁✨
  Help make holiday shopping magical! Complete a quick system training, coordinate class shopping times, organize volunteers, and help students shop, check out, and make change.  

• Movie Day 🎬🍿
  Help make movie day a hit! Pick the movie, coordinate volunteers, and help with setup, check-in, snack tables, and cleanup.  

• Afterschool Program 🎨⚽
  Help bring fun afterschool activities to EVW! Coordinate with program providers, share opportunities with the school, and recruit teacher-led programs.  

• Read-A-Thon 📚🚀
  Help get EVW reading! Set up teacher/class info, coordinate communications, and keep teachers and families in the loop.

• Class Parent 👥
  Assist your student’s class with communication from the PTA, facilitate and manage class funds for teacher gifts, coordinate class crafts 3-4x a year, and attend the class field trip!
