The 2019-2020 hijackings were carried out by Nathaniel Topas' rebel cell. There were a total of sixteen hijackings, from October 2019 to July 2020.
These hijackings consisted of the same message replayed for the first sixteen hijackings, and the final eighteenth broadcast. In it, a distorted voice speaks about the history of Walker Creek, and mainly of the first Harvest Festival. Then, they showcase footage of past hijackings and broadcasts, from 1955 and 1988. We believe they gathered this footage from the Walker Creek Library Media Archive. As it continues, they discuss the truth of the first Harvest Festival and all subsequent ones, and the truth of the town, including Mayor Jones. They tell people to join the fight if they really care for change.

The seventeenth broadcast was played on July 4, 2020 and was different from the previous message played in the first sixteen. With iconography of the United States, the distorted voice returns to talk about the freedom the United States offers and says that in Walker Creek they are not free, among other things. They encourage people to fight for their freedom again, and take back Walker Creek. This is the only broadcast that was different than the others by this cell. It ends with a threat against the Tour Guide.
These hijackings were accomplished via the infiltration of a rebel into the Walker Creek Broadcast Station control center, where a device was placed to take over the broadcast via an internet signal from any distance. This device was not discovered until July 18, 2020, where the broadcasts were finally ended.
