Nathaniel Topas is the leader of the modern Rebellion. He has been operating since 2018 without being caught or even seen. He was the mastermind behind the 2021 Walker Creek Observatory Attack. According to Thomas Abernathy, he does not appear to anyone besides the highest leaders of the Rebellion. Currently his whereabouts are unknown and there is a reward for his capture. He is not to be hosted, as we wish to interrogate him. Bring him in at all costs.
