Categories and Divisions
Students submit their original works of art in one or all of the available arts categories and participate in the appropriate division for their grade: Primary (Pre-K - Grade 2), Intermediate (Grades 3-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), High School (Grades 9-12), Accessible Arts* (All grades welcome).

*Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504 may enter in the Accessible Arts division or grade division most closely aligned to their support needs.

The Wakefield PTSA would like to congratulate our 2023-24 school level Reflections Award recipients.
Reflections is a nationwide multi-level contest and arts promotion program that encourages students to create works in dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and visual arts, based on a common theme. This year’s theme was “I Am Hopeful Because…”

Those submissions awarded the "Outstanding Interpretation of the Theme" at the school level were advanced to the county level contest and we are pleased to announce that all of our awardees who advanced were also recognized at the county level.
