We are are not just a regular Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Wakefield but a PTSA – the “S” stands for students. It is a great way for us all to connect with our high school students, hear what is important to them, and be sure we are meeting their needs.

Teacher Grants
PTSA Teacher Grant Award Recipients Announced
The Wakefield PTSA is delighted to announce our Spring 2023 staff and teacher grant recipients.
The PTSA grants committee reviewed more than 30 applications to determine awards and worked with Boosters to fund some of the club needs. Wakefield Boosters has approved funding of more than $5K in awards to clubs. Other funding requests are being funded from the principal’s fund or APS.
Thank you to the people who make these grants possible each year: our families who donate to the PTSA, the hardworking and dedicated Plant Sale fundraising team, and to the evaluators who serve on the teacher grants committee.
