EOC Eligibility Requirements: 

• U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident

• Not Enrolled in a Talent Search (ETS), Upward Bound (UB), or another Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)

• Must reside in the target area served by the Educational Opportunity Center 

Priority is given to students who are:

• Low-income

• First Generation (neither parent has graduated from a four-year university with a bachelor's degree)

• Planning to attend college

Steps needed to schedule an appointment with an EOC Counselor/Advisor:

1. Please complete the interest form 

2. EOC staff will review and contact you directly 

   1. If you are a NEW interested participant you will need to fill out an intake form that will be emailed to you via Adobe Sign. (due to regulations, a completed intake is required before a counselor can meet with you)

   2. After the required intake is completed, a EOC counselor will review and contact you to set-up  a virtual appointment
