Waitlist Creation: A waitlist will be created when the number of applicants exceeds available spaces.
Waitlist Placement: Applicants who cannot be immediately enrolled in a program will be placed on a waitlist in the order in which their applications are received.
Waitlist Communication: Waitlisted students will be contacted every three months or as needed, depending on program availability. Students will be given two weeks to respond to confirm their interest in remaining on the waitlist.
Waitlist Removal: If a student fails to respond to a waitlist status update within two weeks, they will be removed from the waitlist. To regain a place on the waitlist, they must reapply.
Priority Placement: Students referred by WIOA partners and returning students will be given priority placement when a program seat becomes available.
Seat Availability: When a program seat becomes available, waitlisted students will be contacted in the order in which they were placed on the waitlist. The first student to confirm their interest will be offered the available space.
