Affiliated Facility
Participants who request accommodation at the affiliated facility (at the price of 25 € per night) will be contacted shortly after submitting the pre-registration form.
Note that accommodation at the affiliated facility is in shared rooms and subject to availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case you are eligible for a spot, please follow the instructions for payment as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
The proof of payment will formally enroll you in the school.
Independent Accommodation
Participants who do not request accommodation at the affiliated facility will be contacted via email shortly after submitting the pre-registration form.
A proof of accommodation booking on the island of Vulcano must be sent to vulcanosummerschool@gmail.com no later than March 30, 2026.
The proof of your independent accommodation booking will formally enroll you in the school.

By submitting this pre-registration form, participants acknowledge that:
This is not a binding registration and does not guarantee participation in the school.
Accommodation at the affiliated facility is subject to availability and is assigned in order of request and payment completion.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline specified via email will result in loss of priority and reassignment of the reserved place in the affiliated facility.
Payments made after the deadline specified via email or outside official communication from the organizing team will not be refunded.
Proof of accommodation on the island is mandatory for final registration and participation in the event.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, accommodation policies, or requirements based on logistical needs or force majeure.
