Q: Can I pre-register without requesting accommodation at the affiliated facility?
A: Yes, you can pre-register without requesting accommodation. You will still be required to provide proof of a valid booking on the island by May 1.

Q: What happens if I miss the March 1 payment deadline?
A: If we don’t receive your payment by March 1, your reserved spot in the affiliated facility will be released and offered to others on the waiting list. Late payments will not be accepted or refunded.

Q: I made the payment after March 1, can I still be considered?
A: Unfortunately, no. Late payments do not guarantee a place in the affiliated accommodation and cannot be refunded, even if you were initially eligible. However, you may still attend the school, provided that you secure your own accommodation on the island of Vulcano and submit valid proof of booking by May 1, 2026.

Q: What counts as valid proof of accommodation?
A: A booking confirmation from a hotel, B&B, or any other verified lodging facility on the island of Vulcano. Screenshots, email confirmations, or receipts are acceptable.

Q: Can I change my accommodation after submitting the confirmation form?
A: Yes, but you must inform the organizing team and submit updated proof before the May 1 deadline.
