Content area endorsement competencies will be completed with the expertise of your Apprentice Mentor or content coach. Participants will review each competency, dig deeper into the competencies for which they are unfamiliar, and provide at least two pieces of evidence for each competency. Evidence can be courses, workshops, lesson plans, student work, videos, etc. Your administrator will review the evidence and sign off on the competencies.

Create a copy of the content area competencies for which you are seeking licensure. Put it into your folder "Competencies for Licensure" in your Peer Review Portfolio.
Please note: The competency forms are being revised specifically for the Registered Apprenticeship Program. Check back if your licensure area is not yet linked or email Juliette Longchamp at jlongchamp@vtnea.org. We are prioritizing competencies that Apprentice Teachers are Seeking.
