I was primarily working with another Senior UX/Service designer. On the wide board, we started out by breaking down an existing user journey and pages on AA’s primary website where people could look up where the stadium is located with different options of getting there.
After finding all of the usability issues within the journey, collecting all requirements and doing extra research on customers, I immediately started wireframing and creating new journeys with assistance from another designer, before jumping into user testing and prototyping.
For wireframing user journeys,
I started on the white board and sticky notes. Once we were happy with the direction, I moved on to Sketch and designed all of the components required for all of the screens.
I designed wireframes to build prototypes for testing and setting up finished components, for AA’s design system and sketch libraries.
For prototyping I used Invision’s Craft Manager to setup quick prototypes and make quick usability iterations to be tested later.
For user testing, I chose guerrilla user testing method inside Foolproof’s office by giving each participant a persona and tasks to complete.
