My task was to redesign a brand new website with a brand new identity – one that would enable them to stand apart from competitors and communicate all aspects of the brand’s newfound focus.
The entire website had to be designed in Adobe XD for Desktop, TV and Mobile.
I started the design from initial information architecture and business requirements, to wireframing and making final UI designs along with a component library for re-usable components.
I started by getting familiar with the old website’s design, structure, how journeys are laid out, as well as what features and product information to use for the new website.
For the wireframes, I setup all of the required screens, designed the layout, buttons, correct copy in and image placeholders. That would be used as the building block for UI.
Since the website had a lot of different screens and prodcts. It was important to ensure that all of the screens were designed properly with the right navigation flows across entire website.
So developers could use the prototype as a guide and access all of the assets with attributes to build pixel perfect front end.
