1930 –thetechnologicaltechnicalschoolofthedairyandbutterindustry, whichwaslocatedat 2 KuznechnaStreet, begantofunction.
1941 –theeducationalinstitutionwasrenamedtheKharkivTechnologicalCollegeoftheDairyandButterProcessingIndustryofthePeople'sCommissariatoftheMeatandDairyIndustryoftheUkrainian SSR.
1947 –thetrainingofaccountants (until 1966) andmechanicsbegan.
1958 –thetechnicalschoolchangeditsaddress - st. Barricade, bldg. No. 51, whereitislocatedtoday.
1959 - a correspondencedepartmentwasopened, ittrainedtechnicians–technologistsandtechnicians–mechanicsofthedairyindustry (until 1996).
1998 –theeducationalinstitutionwasheadedbySkrypkaLidiaIvanovna. Thetechnicalschoolreceived a licensetotrainspecialistsinthespecialty "Installationandoperationofrefrigerating-compressorandcryogenicinstallations".
2002 – a licensefortrainingspecialistsinthespecialty "Productionofbread, confectionery, pastaandfoodconcentrates" wasobtained.
2003 –traininginthespecialty "Accounting" wasresumed; traininginthespecialty "Installationandmaintenanceofrefrigerating-compressormachinesandinstallations" hasbeenstartedatthecorrespondencedepartment; obtained a licensetoprovideeducationalservicesinthefieldofprofessionalandtechnicaleducationintheprofessionsofbaker, cheesemaker, laboratorytechnicianforchemicalandbacteriologicalanalysis, fitteroftechnologicalequipment, installerofrefrigerationequipment. Received a licensetoprepareforadmissiontohighereducationalinstitutionsforcitizensofUkraine.
2005 – TheTechnicalSchooloftheDairyIndustryoftheKhDTUSHwasrenamedtheTechnicalSchooloftheDairyIndustryofthePetroVasylenkoKharkivNationalTechnicalUniversityofAgriculture (orderoftheKhNTUSHNo. 01-08/02 dated 10.01.2005)
2005 –thespecialty "Productionofdairyproducts" wasaccredited; "Productionofbread, confectionery, pastaandfoodconcentrates"; "Accounting" andthespecialty "Manufacturingofmeatproducts" islicensed, traininginthespecialty "Accounting" hasbeenstartedatthepart-timestudydepartment.
2006 – theboilerroombuiltintothebasementwasdecommissioned, andthetechnicalschoolwasconnectedtothecentralheatingnetwork. Traininghasbegunatthecorrespondencedepartmentinthespecialty "Productionofbread, confectionery, pastaproductsandfoodconcentrates"; thespecialty "Operationandrepairoffoodproductionequipment" isaccredited
ByOrderNo. 416 oftheMinistryofAgrarianPolicyofUkrainedatedJuly 31, 2006 andOrderNo. 01 – 08/316 ofOctober 31, 2006 oftheKharkivNationalTechnicalUniversityofAgriculturenamedafterPetroVasylenko, theTechnicalSchoolofDairyIndustryofKhNTUSHwasrenamedtotheCollegeofProcessingandFoodIndustryoftheKharkivNationalTechnicalUniversityofagriculturenamedafterPetroVasylenko. Received a licensetoprovideeducationalservicesinthefieldofprofessionalandtechnicaleducationintheprofessionofrefrigerationmachineoperator.
2008 – thecollegewasaccreditedwiththestatusof a highereducationinstitutionofthe 1st levelofaccreditation; received a licensetoprovideeducationalservicesinthefieldofprofessionalandtechnicaleducationintheprofessionsofcomputeroperator, sausagemolder.
2011 –theopeningoftheCenterforpractice, employmentandcareerdevelopmentofstudentyouth.
In 2021, theeducationalinstitutionwasheadedbyOlgaMykhaylivnaBondarenko, a specialistofthehighestcategory, teacher - methodologist, ExcellenceinEducationofUkraine.
