These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Voxi Note: AI Note Taker ("Voxi Note" or the "App"). The service provider is the individual developer identified in the developer/seller information on the App's Apple App Store product page (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), based in mainland China.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App. Agreement to these Terms is not blanket consent to share personal information with third parties and does not replace any separate permission required for a particular feature.
Voxi Note provides ordinary audio recording, speech transcription, online meeting recording, AI summaries, key-point extraction, translation, and related note-management features. Availability depends on your device, language, permissions, App version, membership plan, and the availability of relevant third-party services.
Ordinary recording and meeting recording are different features. Ordinary transcription may use Apple Speech. Meeting features use Skribby, with Soniox currently selected for meeting transcription. AI summary and translation features send relevant text and processing instructions to DeepSeek. A feature does not send all content to every provider.
Some processing occurs remotely. Recordings, transcripts, and notes saved by the App are stored on your device; relevant providers may separately retain information that they process. The App is not a promise of cloud backup, synchronization, or recovery. Consult the Privacy Policy before submitting confidential or personal information.
The App is intended only for people aged 18 or older who can legally enter into these Terms. If the age of legal adulthood applicable to you is higher than 18, you must also meet that requirement. Parental permission does not make an otherwise ineligible person eligible to use the App.
If you use the App for an organization, you must have authority to agree to these Terms and to record and submit the relevant material. Do not use the App where doing so is prohibited by applicable law or a binding restriction.
Use the App only for lawful purposes and within the rights and permissions you hold. You must not:
Record, transcribe, or disclose conversations without required notice, consent, or authority.
Infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, employment, or other rights.
Submit another person's information without a lawful basis and required permission.
Submit sensitive personal information to a provider that does not permit that information, including sensitive information about minors.
Use the App for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or other unlawful activity.
Manipulate subscriptions, usage records, or access restrictions.
Disrupt security, misuse provider access, or attempt unauthorized access.
Copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App except where permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder.
You must determine and obtain the notice, consent, and authority needed to record a conversation and to send its content to the providers involved. Permission to attend a meeting is not necessarily permission to record it or send its content for remote processing.
Starting a meeting-bot feature sends the meeting link, bot name, selected meeting platform, language information, and processing options to Skribby. The bot may join the meeting, capture its audio, and process participant information and meeting metadata. Soniox is currently used through Skribby for meeting transcription. Provider-side capture can include other meeting information permitted by the provider's service and the meeting configuration, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Before starting a meeting bot, notify participants of the recording and relevant remote processing and obtain any required agreement. Do not use the feature for meetings involving information that you are not authorized to submit, or sensitive personal information concerning minors. A bot's visible name or admission by a host does not necessarily satisfy every consent requirement.
Our obligations to provide appropriate privacy notices and obtain required permission remain our responsibility. Your agreement to these Terms does not replace those obligations or consent required from meeting participants.
You keep the rights you hold in recordings, transcripts, notes, and files. Using the App does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
You authorize processing reasonably needed to perform the features you request, deliver results, maintain security, and provide support, subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any required separate consent. This is not a license for unrelated advertising or unrestricted reuse of your content.
Your rights in AI output depend on applicable law and relevant provider terms. You are responsible for having the authority to submit content and for reviewing output before using or sharing it.
Third-party providers have their own terms, privacy practices, service restrictions, and operational limits. The Privacy Policy identifies the current processing arrangements, retention information, relevant links, and methods for making privacy requests. Provider involvement does not remove our own legal responsibilities.
AI output can contain inaccurate statements, omissions, translation errors, or incorrect speaker labels. It is an aid, not a guaranteed complete or accurate record. Check important output against the original material. Do not treat it as professional legal, medical, financial, or other consequential advice.

Read it before using recording, meeting, or AI features. It explains ordinary transcription, meeting processing, AI summaries and translation, purchase-status processing, and privacy requests.
You can decline or restrict relevant device permissions, which may prevent the associated feature from working. To withdraw an optional processing consent or request provider-side deletion, contact a18629525093@outlook.com and follow the steps in the Privacy Policy. Stop using the affected remote feature while a withdrawal request is being handled; an email request does not itself change permissions or the saved choice on your device.
Deleting an item in the App concerns its local record and associated audio file. It does not automatically erase provider-held copies, exported files, device backups, or information held by recipients you chose. Deleting content also does not reverse usage already recorded for a saved recording.

The current weekly plans are summarized below. Prices in US dollars are reference prices; Apple's purchase confirmation determines the price, currency, taxes, eligibility, and billing terms applicable to your purchase.

Actual processing time can vary with the task, recording quality, file length, device, network, and provider availability. A stated speed tier does not guarantee a particular completion time.
The ordinary recording/transcription allowance and the meeting-recording allowance are separate and cannot be exchanged. A saved ordinary recording consumes the former; a saved meeting recording consumes the latter. Recording duration is counted, not the number of recognized words.
Saving a recording can consume the relevant allowance even if speech permission was declined or the resulting transcript is empty, incomplete, or unavailable. Failure of transcription does not automatically make a saved audio recording free of allowance usage. A failed attempt that produces no saved recording does not add saved-recording usage. Creating and saving a new recording on a retry is a separate use. Deleting a saved item does not refund its minutes. Contact us about an incorrect usage record; we will review the issue and explain any available correction.
Allowances follow the effective subscription entitlement period recognized by Apple, not a calendar week or fixed weekday. A renewal or effective plan change can establish a new entitlement period. Unused minutes expire at the end of the relevant period and do not carry over. An eligible trial can be shorter than a week, and its unused allowance does not carry into the first paid period.
The 60- and 120-minute individual recording limits apply to meeting recordings. They are not separate per-recording limits for ordinary recording. Ordinary recordings remain subject to the remaining ordinary allowance and technical limits. The plan restriction on real-time transcription concerns meeting transcription; ordinary live speech transcription can still be available subject to permissions and supported features.
A Plus or Premium trial exists only when Apple's purchase confirmation expressly offers it to you. Platinum has no trial. Review the confirmation before authorizing a purchase. An eligible trial becomes a paid weekly subscription unless cancelled within Apple's applicable deadline.
All three plans automatically renew unless cancelled in time. Apple bills the payment method associated with your Apple Account and controls its subscription billing, offer eligibility, renewal notices, and price-change procedures. To avoid a trial converting to a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, as advised by Apple. Cancellation can affect trial access under Apple's rules.
Upgrades, downgrades, refunds, renewal failures, and revocations affect benefits according to Apple's effective subscription status and the Membership Agreement. Restore Purchases can restore eligible subscription access; it does not recover local content or create a new paid period.
To manage or cancel: open device Settings, tap your name/Apple Account, select Subscriptions, choose Voxi Note, and follow the cancellation instructions. Labels may vary by system version. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation and refund requests are separate actions. Refund approval is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory refund rights or other consumer protections.
We may maintain, update, restrict, or temporarily suspend features for technical, security, legal, or provider-related reasons. Material changes to paid benefits will be handled with any notice, remedy, consent, or refund required by applicable law and platform rules. This section does not permit us to disregard benefits already paid for or mandatory consumer rights.
The App's software, design, branding, and other materials belong to the relevant rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes while you are eligible and authorized to do so, subject to applicable law and Apple's applicable usage rules. Section 5 governs your content.
Device failure, connectivity, software errors, and provider interruptions can affect recordings and output. Keep independent copies of important material using available export functions. The App is not a guaranteed archive. Exported files and device or operating-system backups must be managed separately.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is subject to the technical limitations and availability described here. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. No provision excludes liability, statutory rights, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for reviewing output does not remove our mandatory obligations.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. A paid subscription must separately be cancelled through Apple to stop renewal. Termination does not itself settle refund eligibility or erase provider-held information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern. If it remains unresolved, either party may use a competent court or authority with jurisdiction. No mandatory consumer forum, complaint, or remedy is waived.
We may revise these Terms as the App and applicable requirements change. We will update the date and provide notice and obtain further consent where required. Continued use is subject to those requirements and is not a substitute for any necessary new permission to process personal information.

The Membership Agreement governs membership-specific issues if it conflicts with a general provision here, subject to the purchase disclosures and mandatory law. The Privacy Policy governs the description of personal-information processing; agreement to commercial terms is not blanket privacy consent.
