This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") explains paid subscriptions for Voxi Note: AI Note Taker ("Voxi Note" or the "App"). The service provider is the individual developer identified in the developer/seller information on the App's Apple App Store product page (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), based in mainland China.

Membership is available only to people aged 18 or older who also meet any higher age-of-adulthood requirement applicable to them and can legally enter into this Agreement. Review this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's purchase confirmation before subscribing.
Agreement to membership terms is not blanket consent for third-party processing of personal information. The Privacy Policy and any required feature-specific permissions apply separately.
The App currently offers three weekly plans. The prices below are reference prices in US dollars. The actual price, currency, taxes, billing interval, offer eligibility, and purchase conditions are those displayed by Apple when you authorize the transaction.

Free trial: 3 days, only where Apple offers it to an eligible subscriber.
Ordinary recording/transcription allowance: 600 minutes per subscription period.
Separate meeting-recording allowance: 60 minutes per subscription period.

This is a duration-based allowance for saved ordinary audio recordings and their supported transcription processing. It is not a guarantee that a specified number of minutes will produce accurate or complete text.
The App records usage according to the duration of an ordinary recording when it is saved. A saved recording can consume this allowance even if you declined speech permission, transcription failed, or the transcript is empty or incomplete. The term "transcription allowance" does not mean that only successfully recognized speech is counted.
A saved meeting recording is counted against the separate meeting-recording allowance according to its duration. It is not also deducted from the ordinary recording/transcription allowance simply because it contains a meeting transcript.
The two allowances cannot be exchanged, pooled, or transferred. Exhausting one does not by itself exhaust the other. Each affected recording feature can be restricted when its applicable allowance has been used.
The individual meeting limit is 60 minutes for Plus and 120 minutes for Premium. Platinum has no separate fixed per-meeting duration limit, but remains subject to its total remaining meeting minutes, meeting availability, device and network conditions, and technical restrictions.
These are limits for meeting recordings. They are not separate per-recording limits for ordinary audio recording. Ordinary audio recordings remain subject to the remaining ordinary recording/transcription allowance and technical conditions.
AI summaries are included in all three plans. Supported AI features can also include key-point extraction and translation. Relevant text, language information, and processing instructions are sent to DeepSeek as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. A membership does not guarantee error-free transcripts, summaries, or translations. Review important results against the original material.
Premium and Platinum include supported meeting real-time transcription. Plus does not include this meeting feature. Ordinary live speech transcription is a separate feature and can still be available subject to device permission, language support, and the App's recording functions.
Saved meeting usage is counted against the meeting-recording allowance. The availability of live captions does not mean that the ordinary recording/transcription allowance must also be deducted for that same saved meeting recording.
The processing-speed tiers are:
Weekly Plus: 1.2×.
Weekly Premium: 2×.
Weekly Platinum: 5×.
Actual processing time may vary depending on the task, audio quality, file length, device performance, network conditions, and third-party service availability. The stated processing-speed tier does not guarantee a particular completion time.
Premium and Platinum include supported meeting speaker identification; it is not included as a Plus plan benefit. Labels can be inaccurate, particularly when people speak simultaneously or the audio is unclear. The feature does not establish a verified person's identity and must not be used as identity verification.
The current allowance model counts saved recording duration. Saving the recording and successfully generating its transcript are separate events.
If an audio recording is saved, the corresponding ordinary or meeting allowance is consumed even if the transcript is unavailable, empty, partial, or inaccurate.
An unsuccessful attempt that produces no saved recording does not add saved-recording usage.
A retry that creates and saves another recording is counted as another recording.
Deleting an already saved recording does not restore its minutes.
Generating an AI summary or translation from an existing record does not, by itself, create another saved-recording duration charge.
We do not represent that every transcription failure automatically returns minutes, or that the App has an automatic failure-credit mechanism. If you believe a usage record is incorrect, contact us with the affected date, recording duration, and plan. Do not send the recording itself unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it. We will review the report and explain any available correction. A correction to one allowance does not automatically change the other.
Usage periods follow the effective subscription entitlement recognized by Apple, including its expiration or renewal date. They do not follow Monday-to-Sunday calendar weeks or a fixed weekday for all users.
An effective renewal or plan change can establish a new entitlement period and its applicable allowance. Unused minutes expire at the end of their period and do not accumulate or carry into a later period. A free-trial entitlement can last only three days; unused trial minutes do not carry into the first paid period.
The current App stores usage records on the device. It does not provide synchronized usage accounting or content synchronization between devices. Restoring an eligible purchase restores subscription access according to Apple; it does not create a new paid subscription period or recover local recordings from another device. Do not manipulate device storage or usage records to evade restrictions.
A three-day trial is available only if Apple's purchase confirmation expressly offers that trial to you. An App label or this Agreement does not independently establish eligibility. Apple applies its offer rules, including any eligibility restrictions associated with your Apple Account or subscription group.
Review the trial duration, first paid price, weekly renewal price, and billing interval before authorizing the subscription. If no trial appears in the purchase confirmation, do not assume the purchase is free initially.
At the end of an eligible trial, the subscription becomes a paid weekly subscription unless cancelled within the applicable deadline. To avoid the first paid charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, as advised by Apple. Apple controls when a cancellation takes effect, and access during a trial can end when it is cancelled.
Weekly Platinum has no free trial. The price displayed by Apple is charged from the start of the paid subscription according to the purchase confirmation.
All three plans are auto-renewing weekly subscriptions. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account. A subscription continues to renew unless you cancel within Apple's applicable deadline.
Reference weekly renewal prices are US$9.99 for Plus, US$19.99 for Premium, and US$39.99 for Platinum. Your actual price and currency are shown by Apple.
Apple controls subscription billing, payment retries, eligible grace periods, and any required notices or consent for price changes. We do not promise an additional reminder on a fixed schedule. If you do not wish to continue at the applicable price, cancel before the renewal deadline.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to Apple's rules. Paid access generally continues until the current paid period ends, subject to Apple's status, any revocation, and mandatory law. A trial may end sooner when cancelled. Deleting the App, deleting recordings, or contacting us does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your content or automatically request a refund.

Apple decides requests under its policies and applicable law. We cannot guarantee approval. You may contact us for help understanding your plan, access, or usage record. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain available regardless of this Agreement.
Apple determines when an upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, refund, or other transaction change becomes effective. The resulting subscription entitlement determines the applicable features and usage period. A price or plan change is not assumed effective merely because you viewed it in the App.
Restore Purchases can restore an eligible active entitlement. It does not create another subscription, reinstate a refunded entitlement, or guarantee that an expired subscription becomes active. Local recordings, transcripts, and notes are managed separately.
Maintenance, connectivity, device compatibility, or provider outages can temporarily affect features. Material changes to an existing paid membership will be handled with any notice, consent, remedy, or refund required by applicable law and platform rules. We do not use this section to exclude mandatory rights or disregard benefits already paid for.
Follow the Terms of Use. Do not unlawfully record participants, submit information without authority, misuse provider services, manipulate minutes or transactions, or resell membership access without authorization. We may address serious misuse with proportionate restrictions and any notice or remedy required by law.

Membership does not change the need for required recording permission or privacy consent. Supported features can share audio, transcript text, meeting links, selected language information, or other relevant content with their named providers. Apple also processes subscription transactions; the App uses receipts and transaction status to establish access.
To withdraw an optional processing consent or request deletion, follow the Privacy Policy and contact a18629525093@outlook.com. Stop using the affected remote feature while a withdrawal request is handled. Local deletion does not automatically erase provider-held copies, exported files, or backups. Privacy requests do not themselves cancel an Apple subscription.

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Use. It governs membership-specific matters if it conflicts with a general provision there, subject to the purchase disclosures and mandatory law. The Privacy Policy describes personal-information processing. Acceptance of commercial terms does not replace any separately required processing permission.
Membership features remain subject to their described limits and technical requirements. AI results can contain errors, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. No clause excludes liability, refunds, remedies, or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you. Contact us to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved matters may be brought before a competent court or authority with jurisdiction; mandatory rights to a particular forum, complaint, or remedy are not waived.
We may revise this Agreement to reflect plan, service, or legal changes. We will update the date and provide notice and obtain further consent when required. Material changes to existing paid benefits remain subject to applicable law, purchase terms, and platform rules.
