Public Safety

Public Safety is critical. Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of a thriving city. Citizen involvement in neighborhood watch organizations, community councils, and emergency preparedness committees are key to making our neighborhoods safer. Adequate police officers and firefighters are also critical.

We need to make sure the Jordan River Parkway remains an amenity to our community and not a liability. School volunteers and organized after school activities all contribute to better neighborhoods.

I will promote, encourage and lend the City's support in keeping our city safe.
