Commander is an absolute powerhouse of a Black & Red Long-Coat West German Show Line male, with the kind of presence that immediately draws your eye. He carries a strong, masculine head, substantial bone, beautiful pigment, and a balanced, athletic build that gives him both power and elegance. What stands out just as much as his structure is his temperament. Commander is confident, stable, clear-headed, and composed, with the kind of steady character we value so highly in our program. He has an impressive ability to switch between work and everyday life, showing strength and drive without sacrificing balance or stability.
His accomplishments speak for themselves, with titles and ratings including VA1, 2x SG1, SG5 BSZS 2024, 5x VV1, BH-VT, WB, IGP-1, and KKL. These achievements reflect not only his quality in the show ring, but also his trainability, working ability, and overall breedworthiness.
Commander is the sire of our C litter, and we are especially excited to watch his influence develop through the next generation here at Von WestLynn. We chose him for his type, structure, temperament, working ability, and the overall strength he brings to the pedigree. Residing in Europe, Commander continues to be used selectively in breeding programs focused on preserving the qualities that make the West German Show Line so exceptional.
