Dressage at Lexington

Facility and Volunteer Check in

Please check in based on your ring start time and job.  Volunteer check in is at the Show Office (see map below).  Look for the second open door on the left side of the hallway! 

Stewards- please check in an hour before your ring starts, you must be in place at least 30 minutes before the first ride

Scribes- please check in 45 minutes before your ring starts, check your clipboards for correct tests and get situated well before the first ride begins

Runners- please check in 30 minutes before your ring(s) start, we often need some last minute help getting people and gear into place

Breakfast

Coffee, pastries, snacks, and drinks will be available throughout the day across the hall from the show office, please help yourself, and check in with each other.

Lunch

You should have received an email with your lunch order form, if you didn't, please email VolunteerVADA@gmail.com.  Lunch will be upstairs at the opposite end of the Coliseum.  Drinks and snacks are for you all, lunches will be in the refrigerator with your names on them.  If you missed the cutoff to order, there will be some labeled "extra" and they are first come, first serve.
