BASSSORA TERMS OF USE

These terms apply to BassSora, listed on the App Store as Volume Booster: BassSora, provided by Phuc Tran. By using BassSora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. APP LICENSE AND FEATURES
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

These terms supplement that agreement for BassSora's features and services. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
BassSora is a music player with bass boost, a 10-band equalizer, spatial sound, presets and related listening tools. Effects apply only to supported audio played inside BassSora. The app does not increase other apps' volume, override iOS system limits or alter every sound on your device. Results depend on the source audio, headphones, speakers and device. Some features require Premium.
2. YOUR CONTENT AND PERMITTED USE
You retain rights in the music and other content you import. Only import, download, extract, transfer or play content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, privacy and third-party service terms.
URL import supports compatible direct media sources; it does not promise downloads from every website or social platform. Do not use BassSora to bypass DRM, access controls or a service's restrictions. DRM-protected subscription tracks cannot be imported or processed. BassSora is not affiliated with third-party music or social-media services merely because a file or link can be opened.
Do not interfere with the app, misuse network features or use it unlawfully. Use Wi-Fi transfer only on a trusted local network. Keep backups of important files; local storage is not a guaranteed backup service.
3. FREE USE AND DAILY AUDITION
Basic playback is available free. Where offered, the daily 60-second audition lets you try selected Premium sound effects. This audition does not begin an Apple subscription and does not charge you. When it ends, basic playback remains available. Audition availability and timers may change with app configuration.
4. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FREE TRIAL
Weekly Premium: US reference price $4.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Yearly Premium: US reference price $29.99 per year, with no free trial.
The localized price, currency, taxes, billing period and any trial eligibility shown by Apple before purchase govern your purchase. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility; a trial is not available to every customer.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or after an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. The weekly plan renews at the displayed weekly price after its trial unless cancelled in time.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancelling renewal generally preserves access until the paid period expires. If you cancel a free trial, access may end immediately according to Apple's rules. Cancelling the purchase sheet does not complete a purchase or unlock Premium. Expired, refunded or revoked subscriptions no longer provide Premium unless Apple reports another valid entitlement.
Restore Purchases checks purchases associated with your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law:

5. LISTENING SAFETY
High volume and prolonged listening can damage hearing. Start at a low volume, adjust effects gradually and take breaks. Lower the volume if you notice discomfort or distortion. Do not use the app in a way that distracts from driving or other activities requiring attention.
6. PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, purchases, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, permissions and support information. It is available from this site's Privacy policy page and inside BassSora.
Apple, Google, file providers and external media hosts operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and supported content can change. You are responsible for any internet, mobile-data or third-party charges associated with your use.
7. AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We work to maintain BassSora but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or device, or permanent availability of external content. To the extent permitted by law and Apple's EULA, the app is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for loss caused by unauthorized content use, unsafe listening, third-party outages or failure to keep backups, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you stop using the app, remember to separately manage any Apple subscription.
8. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms as the app changes. The updated date identifies the current version; additional notice will be provided where required. Material subscription terms and pricing remain subject to Apple's purchase disclosures and applicable rules.
