For playback, import or sound issues, tell us your device model, iOS version, BassSora version and the steps that caused the problem. Only include screenshots or files you are comfortable sharing. Never send your Apple password or payment-card details.
PREMIUM AND RESTORE PURCHASES
Use Restore Purchases in BassSora with the Apple Account used for your purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

MUSIC AND IMPORTS
Effects apply only to supported audio played inside BassSora. DRM-protected subscription tracks cannot be imported or processed. URL import requires a compatible direct media source. Use Wi-Fi transfer on a trusted local network.
