This site partially was brought to life by the idea of moving on from a former 'shit-list'-type of mod-recommendations to a more positive approach of actively recommending people good mods instead of telling them what's wrong with certain mods and why to avoid them. While this is still the aim of the Void Archives, there are some mods out there that are just in general a very bad idea or are otherwise known to be gamebreaking. Since it would be counter-productive to not warn users about them, we'll host a list of the most outrageous examples out there.
This will be a highly compressed and simplified version of previous lists, so always take the information with a grain of salt and decide for yourself if a specific case is worth the risk for you. If you're the author of one of the listed mods feeling falsely accused, or have otherwise information you think will be important, feel free to inform us using the contact form. Void Archives is meant to give good information for RimWorld mod-users, but even an all-knowing archotech database can be wrong at times.
