Livelihood: Training courses on repair and maintenance of Refrigerator, Air Conditioner and Washing Machines (RACW),Customer Relationship and Sales to understand retail sector in CRS. Social media and online marketing, graphic designing, video Editing in Digital Marketing. These courses are a combination of rigorous classroom training and On the Job Training (OJT).
Courses Transformation: Introducing new-age skills like sales, Technical, Marketing, Basic Computer, Communication, personality development etc. and train students on the same through a new-age skill lab established in identified ITIs. Supporting ITIs and Retail in placements, apprenticeships, on-job-training, dual system of training etc. Guest lectures, Industry visits etc. It also includes Counselling on Vocational Education to create awareness among youth about ITIs, Retail, Marketing and support them in admission process.
