By virtue of earlier experience in the manufacturing domain, GSLF started working on Skill Development space with an objective to provide relevant employable skill sets to youth who have been away from the mainstream. The training programs are demand driven and backed by placements.

Grey Sim Learning Foundation is a dedicated skilling center that has been a beacon of opportunity and empowerment for individuals in the Bhiwandi region for the past 7 years. We began with a mission to create a positive impact by providing skill-based training to individuals and enhancing their employability. Since our inception, we have mobilized 5000 candidates, with 2000 individuals successfully enrolling in our programs. Out of those enrolled, we proudly facilitated the placement of 1600 candidates, helping them embark on new careers and achieve financial independence.
Our success can be attributed to our comprehensive approach that includes free documentation support, medical camps, engaging activities, field visits, college seminars, and collaborations with NGOs, local shops, and various stakeholders. These initiatives have played a pivotal role in shaping the future of many, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to thrive in the workforce.
