No matter what grade your child is in, it is never too soon to start raising funds for the 8th Grade Trip. The VMS PTO holds two fundraisers yearly to help you raise $700.00 over the three years your child is at VMS to cover the approximate cost of the trip. We will use the following companies, which both provide 40% of the collected funds back to your child.

"Believe Kids" and "David's Cookies"

Funding for the trip does not come from other sources, so your participation, at any level, is crucial. We will apply funds raised to each child's 8th Grade Trip account. Whatever you raise will be used for your child only, it does not go into a pot of funds. When their time comes, we will notify you of how much money you raised towards the trip. Leftover funds, after payment, will be transferred to a sibling or put into a hardship account for families that need financial assistance.
