Horses are friendly to humans and can change our lives/moods/emotions even when we don’t notice. Horses can change the way our mental health and physical health. Horses can instantly Control our emotions. Beyond having a natural bond, horses can pick up on and understand human emotions. We've all been taught that horses can quickly pick up on our anxiety, anger, and other emotions from our body language. Bonding with the horse helps develop self-awareness and promotes emotional healing. There are no animals like horses that understand our emotions.
Horses can change your life by bringing your focus back to the top priorities and keep you looking forward and ready to move into the future. There are about 8,000 horses globally who help people with their emotions. The unique human-horse connection improves the physical and mental health of both species and reduces stress, anxiety, and more. Human-to-animal bonds are special because horses become like partners who will be with you every step of the way. Horses have a special talent and work in equine therapy to help us get outside of our homes and offices and back in nature and explore and resolve when we come to each therapy session. Working with horses can have calming effects that help clear the mind, patients in life with these horses may be able to process their thoughts better, leading to increase emotional awareness.
Horses can read different emotions by your body language and by the difference between dominant and timid body postures in humans, even when the humans are not familiar to them. Horses can understand the emotions you are feeling by the way you stand, they are more likely to approach the individual displaying a timid posture. If the horse’s ears are held forward and the horse mindful, it means they are also listening to you. Horses can’t talk using words, instead, they communicate using body language, they will look at what your body language and tell the difference in what you are feeling. Horses can be an emotional mirror to humans and respond to the feeling state we show. Being with a horse they don't judge or react the way humans often do to the people they are working with. Bonding with the horse helps develop self-awareness and promotes emotional healing.
Horses find safety in a herd and form strong relationships and share emotions with each other. Horses use their senses to recognize familiar horses and spend time with those who have formed relationships. Horses express their emotions in lots of different ways like us humans, they mainly express their feelings with their eyes, ears, and their body language as well. They hear our tone and see our actions. These beautiful animals live in a herd and have a strong emotional sense and use this sense as a survival tool for them to respond to other horses in other herds. There just like us, we like to live with our families, and we sense when a family member or a friend is not feeling them self. Owning your own horse can make you feel so special to be able to look after a horse.
We have all had that special thing/connection to these animals in all different situations. Horses change our emotions in all different ways even horses get emotions, and it makes them feel safe and love the attention they get. Although these horses can be very big and scary, they have a mind of their own but are willing to help/change our feelings/emotions/life. They may not talk, or they may not show that they are listening, but deep down they are making you feel so much better than you were. They may not fix every single problem, but they sure will try their best. Their manes have dried our tears, their bodies have given us stability and strength, and their spirits have inspired our dreams. Horses are changing humans for the better in every way possible.
