World Bank provide data to measure the development of Women in terms of economy particularly in the percentage of employment. The countries are divided into four type of income namely high income, upper middle income, lower middle income, and low income. From the line graph the percentage of employment are gradually increase in lower middle- and low-income country. But, in the other category, it shows that it is decreasing over the year.

Surprisingly, the highest improvement comes from the lower income country, namely Burkina Faso. It improves more than 17% of the employment rate from 2000 to 2019.Moreover, Europe and Central region give the highest opportunity for women to work. While North America, such as Canada have less than one percent.
