As an administrative intern, I work collaboratively with service line administrators, practice administrators, and managers to complete solution-based projects. This internship has been very insightful as to what compose quality healthcare operations and teamwork.
Working as a customer service representative was by far one of the most transformational roles I have participated in so far. I gained a majority of my soft skills during my time working in this role. I developed strong communication, written and oral, as well as sharpened my ability to think critically. My daily task was to solve customer, inventory, and vendor issues.
