He started his career with the InterContinental Group of Hotels & Resorts, learning the nuances of fine dining operations. Over the past one decade, Vivek has worked with a number of multinational brands – initially managing restaurants himself, then rising up the ladder to lead other managers towards operational efficiencies & profits. He has been instrumental in scouting for the ideal locations to facilitate rapid expansions, implementing & monitoring training programmes and ensuring adherence to the international brand standards & procedures. When he’s not thinking about concepts and bottom-lines, you will find him at the newest restaurant in town, trying out every dish on their menu. Vivek holds an MBA in Hotel Management, a Diploma in Hotel Management chennai's Amirta IIHM , He hold a Bachelor's degree in Catering & Hotel Management from Asan memorial college of arts and science hotel management and multiple certifications, including Master degree. He expertise spans across menu planning, staff training, system setup, kitchen operations, and customer relationship management.
