Terms of Use — Vitapage
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Vitapage app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Vitapage builds resumes and cover letters on your iPhone and iPad: country formats (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, France, international), templates, a live page preview, fit to one page, export to PDF, Word (DOCX) and plain text, printing, and import from a PDF, a scan or a photo. Everything runs on your device.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Vitapage on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the app, or attempt to extract its source code.
Free and Pro
Free: the editor with every section, every country format, the live preview of every template, text size and margins, fit to one page, the resume check's list of things to fix, plain-text export, and PDF export in the ATS Classic template, without limits and without a watermark.
Vitapage Pro adds the other templates in PDF, Word (DOCX) export, import from PDF, scan or photo, cover letters, a photo on the resume, more than one resume, the full phrase library, the resume check's suggestions and the comparison with a job ad. It is sold as:
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions
Lifetime — a one-time purchase, not a subscription
How billing works:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm anything. Apple may adjust prices for currency or tax reasons; you will be asked to agree to any price increase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the Pro screen.
If Pro ends, every resume and letter stays yours: you can still open, edit and export them in the free template and as plain text.
We may adjust what is included in each tier in future versions; what you have already bought stays yours.
Your content
Your resumes, letters and photos are yours, and you are responsible for what they say. They are stored on your device; we hold no copy and cannot restore them if you lose or delete them. Use Settings → Back up to Files to keep a copy.
Third-party licences
The Inter and Source Serif 4 typefaces are included under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence texts are inside the app (Settings → About). The app's own code, templates, phrase library, artwork and design remain ours.
Availability and changes
We may update the app, change features, or stop supporting older versions.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a resume made with it will get you an interview or a job, or that any applicant tracking system will read it in a particular way. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
