Working with the Capacity Building Commission as an advisor and am helping the commission design suitable interventions to improve the state of civil services in India.
University Grants Commission (UGC) (February, 2022 – present)
Member of UGC’s expert committee to formulate “Guidelines for leadership development programmes to prepare faculty members for potential institutional leadership roles”. The committee has been given the responsibility to draft guidelines for the development of leadership capability in senior educators (teachers and professors) so as to enable them run educational institutions effectively.
Restructuring Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) (May, 2018 - March, 2019).
The study included an organisation-wide study of BSNL and providing suggestions regarding revival and restructuring of BSNL. Below are some news items relating to our study:
Study of Performance Appraisal Process at SICOM (July, 2015 – March, 2017)
Study involved redesigning the performance appraisal system for SICOM, a public-sector NBFC in the state of Maharashtra.
Linkages between Pay-for-Performance, Organizational Fairness, Employee Attitudes and Performance (January, 2018-December, 2019).
The project was done in joint collaboration with Aston Business School, UK and was sponsored by the British Academy. (Grant Amount: 10,000 Pounds)
Innovation in Manufacturing SMEs in India (February, 2016 onwards - December, 2017).
The project was sponsored by the Tilburg University, Netherlands. (Grant Amount: 28,000 Euros)
